Let us look at this striking wine
In the world of wine, Terroir Sense Fronteres is the preeminent Montsant project of Terroir al Límit, always in close proximity to the highly acclaimed Montals estate, just a throw away from the renowned Priorat winery Les Manyes. The cornerstone of the Negre - Garnacha and Cariñena grapes, carefully selected from the Capçanes vineyards, undergo a meticulous whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel.
Viewing the colour
Behold the exquisite cherry red that presents itself with charming lightening towards the rim.
Aroma
The 2021 vintage of the Negre has a charming bouquet. It entices with notes of small red berries, sour cherries and cranberries, skilfully complemented by subtle spicy aromas such as anise and cinnamon. It is joined by mysterious accents of cedar and autumn leaves, followed by lush floral notes of violets and roses that flatter its feminine character. It owes its underlying balance to a cool touch of slate and graphite, which gives the juice a refreshingly clear silhouette.
Taste
A lively freshness unfolds on the tongue, paired with an elegant fruit and fine-grained tannins, making it a very animating, enjoyable red wine... just right for those who enjoy Mediterranean and southern cuisine.
Alternative food recommendations
