Wine information
This highly concentrated Tempranillo comes from the winery's most exquisite hillside vineyards, parting with none other than the century-old vines from Nogal de la Valerain La Horra. A thoughtful procedure of maceration and fermentation in small format concrete tanks, followed by 17 months of refinement in French oak, manifests the character of this wine.

Colour scheme
The wine red presents itself muted and graceful, delicately lightened at the edges.

Bouquet
Los Tres Dones benefits from the 2019 harvest and underlines this with a lush bouquet of juicy sour cherries, cassis liqueur and blackberries, intensely accentuated by nuances of wood smoke, liquorice and tar. Accents of black olives and grilled herbs, including rosemary and thyme, underline the wine's Mediterranean character.

Taste
On the palate, it unfolds juicy and rich, impressing with a lush fruitiness, pronounced fruit sweetness and lively acidity. A vehement red wine, full of charm and strong expression. Every sip feels like pleasantly dipping into a velvet carpet from which you don't want to get up again - that's how intense the pleasure experience is.
Its long and pleasant finish perfectly accompanies rich cuisine and concentrated sauces.

Serve this wine slightly chilled in a red wine glass.

Food recommendations
Try gazpacho with cherries and homemade bread, veal chops with caramelised onions and green pepper, or for an elegant touch, duck breast with honey sauce and roasted root vegetables.
