Tasting note
Color:
A bright golden yellow colour with orange elements, very slight cloudiness and a light mousseux with a fine perlage in the glass
Nose:
A marvellous nose stands before you in the glass. The wine is characterised by various flowers and citrus fruits. Orange, apple, almond and jasmine blossom swirl around the room. Fully ripe oranges, mandarins and grapefruit also complement this very successfully. Fine yeasty and nutty accents ensnare the fruit. Almond and green walnut stand out. This is delicately supported by tart flavours and white pepper.
Palate:
From the first sip, it impresses with its freshness, vitality and energy. Its carbon dioxide is the elementary link. It provides length and pushes it forward. Its dirty character is animating and sexy. Its bitter flavours are also a special and important part of the overall success. The citrus fruit flavours are now much more reminiscent of the zest or skin of the fruit. This makes for a very lengthy, tart freshness. The spicy aftertaste is accompanied by cinnamon and clove.
