Wine information
The grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed directly. Half of the wine is matured in large wooden barrels and half in stainless steel, after which the wine is bottled unfiltered.

Nose
The 2022 Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay has aromas of apple, pear, brioche, wine yeast and hints of aniseed, dried ginger and freshly whipped salted butter on the nose. It is distinctive and mineral, characterised by the terroir on which it was grown.
Palate
On the palate, it is precise, dry and powerful, with a salty note that lingers on the tongue, accompanied by invigorating notes of citrus fruit, orange and apple peel. A wine that can be enjoyed perfectly on its own as well as in combination with savoury and refined cuisine.
