Info about the wine
Cuvée of Alicante, Carignano, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet, grown at 200 and 350 m above sea level, harvested at 60hl/ha between the 10th and 25th of September.
Info about the expansion
Fermented for 6 months in cement tanks.
Colour
Covered cherry red with purple brightenings towards the rim.
Nose
Sometimes wine just has to be fun - and this is fun, you can already tell in the aroma sweet cherries, red currants, wild raspberries, garden herbs and a hint of sage. Floral fragrance included. One is happy that there is enough quantity in the form of a liter, which will enrich every party.
Palate
Lots of fruit on the palate, delicate vanilla notes, the acidity stimulating, the tannin supple. It runs pleasurably down the throat and simply gives pure pleasure. What does one drink this drop with? Quite classically with party dishes of all kinds, gladly with Italian influences!
