Wine information
The white Terroir Historic is a blend of 75% Garnacha Blanca and 25% Macabeo, the classic white wine grapes of Priorat. It is a white wine that practically represents an entire appellation, as the grapes come from vineyards in nine Priorat villages. The vines are 35 to 50 years old and grow at an altitude of 350 to 800 metres. In the cellar, the grapes are fermented spontaneously as a whole, including the raisins. The wine is then matured exclusively in steel tanks.

Nose
The bouquet has a fine, reductive note that dissolves with a little contact with the air. Then the typical Garnacha Blanca flavours such as quince and dried Mediterranean herbs come to the fore. Above all, however, the nose is very clear and fresh, with a mineral and citrus side and a good overall intensity.
Palate
This white wine has a stimulatingly fresh acidity from the start to the finish. It is full-bodied, but not opulent. The fine tannin - keyword: skin contact during fermentation - provides plenty of grip on the palate. The Gewächs is powerful and has a silky, creamy texture. The spicy finish lingers for a long time. The juiciness is also impressive The Terroir Historic Blanc has such a great drinking flow that one bottle is almost too little for two people.
