Color:
Old gold with orange reflexes.
Nose:
The 2013 Sekt Brut Nature by Clemens Busch already announces a certain tannin entry in terms of colour. On the nose, the triad of autolysis notes, nuts and preserved quince struggle for dominance, but rather form an isosceles triangle olfactorically. On the sides of this triangle aromas are lined up like on a pearl necklace: bread crust, nut shells, brown apple slices, dried apricots and Darjeeling tea together with orange blossoms and mild spices.
Mouth:
On the palate, the sparkling wine from 100% Pinot Noir oscillates between a clear autolysis note and disciplined fruit. Juicy with spicy backup, it balances the fine line between rustic drink and fine twine. Tartly accompanied by noble tannins, it flows purposefully towards its destination with fine perlage.
