Wine information
The Sincronia wine line includes one red, one rosé and one white wine each, which offer an excellent price-pleasure ratio. Barbara Mesquida Mora, a biodynamic winemaker, makes her white wine Sincronia Blanc from Chardonnay, the Catalan "Cava grape" Parellada and the Mallorcan grape variety Premsal. She ferments the varieties separately in steel tanks, then combines the batches and lets the wine mature on the fine lees for a few months. 2022 was hot, so the freshness of Barbara Mesquida's wines in this vintage is all the more astonishing.
Color
Golden yellow
Nose
Stimulating notes of citrus fruits and white flowers unfold on the nose, complemented by a good dash of minerality. The overall bouquet is invigorating and very fresh.
Palate
The Sincronia Blanc 2022 is full-bodied and juicy-fresh at the same time. It has tension and tension and a finish of good length. One tastes a certain astringency and bitterness that contributes to the complexity and makes one want to take the next sip. Both as a soloist and as a food companion, this white wine full of character is versatile.
