Subtle and crystal-clear, this Müller-Thurgau presents itself: young pear and yellow apple dominate, accompanied by a hint of muscat and a fine yeasty note. The aromatics are restrained, yet of remarkable depth – a nose that favours elegance over loudness.

Fresh, spicy, unassuming – and therein lies its strength. The Simply White displays bright fruit aromas in perfect balance with a mineral trace and subtle spice.
