Colour & Appearance

Pale, clear straw yellow with silvery reflections – an inviting, fresh appearance in the glass.

Nose

The nose presents itself restrained, yet with striking clarity: young pear, yellow apple, a delicate hint of muscat and a discreet, stimulating yeast note. Not a loud wine – rather one that speaks softly and sparks curiosity.

Palate

Fresh, spicy, unassuming – and therein lies its charm. The palate impresses with bright citrus and stone fruit, a fine mineral trace and invigorating spice. The Müller-Thurgau shows its most elegant side here: light-footed, yet far from banal.

Finish

Medium-length, fresh and clean. The mineral freshness remains pleasantly present and leaves a dry, stimulating finale that calls for the next sip.

Grape Variety & Vinification

Pure Müller-Thurgau, vinified dry with only minimal residual sugar. The vinification clearly aims for freshness and drinkability – no oak, no distraction, pure varietal integrity. Created as part of the exclusive collaboration between Vinaturel and Steffen Mugler, which has been producing finely balanced wines for its own collection since the 2016 vintage.
