Colour & Appearance

Muted, elegant garnet red with a mature character – a Pinot Noir that wears its four years with grace.

Nose

Here unfolds the full finesse of a mature Baden Spätburgunder. Lingonberries and wild raspberries meld with dried figs and cherries into a bouquet of ripe, concentrated fruit. Beneath lie earthy notes of forest floor and tree bark, a whisper of graphite and subtle wood smoke. This complexity is no mere display, but rather the mark of refined maturity.

Palate

On the palate, this Pinot dances with impressive lightness. The texture is silky, almost weightless, carried by a vibrant acidity that, despite its presence, feels perfectly integrated. The tannins are fully mature, polished, without a trace of harshness. What impresses: the salinity and mineral depth that lend the wine tension and drinking pleasure.
