Vermentino reveals its typical minerality, while the indigenous varieties Biancone-Riminese and Paga Debiti contribute a unique Mediterranean flavour. Subtle notes of white flowers and a hint of fennel round off the bouquet.

A remarkable flavour unfolds on the palate. Voltage balance between salty minerality and fruity freshness. The granite soils give the wine a precise, almost cutting acidity structure that harmonises perfectly with the natural fullness of the Mediterranean grape varieties.
