Out of stock

With a tightly laced corset of tannin, it coats the marrow of the extract-rich black fruit and underpins it with bitter chocolate and dark tobacco. With more and more air, dark fruits, blackberry, mulberry and dark chocolate as well as bitter almond follow.

Color

Deep opaque purple with violet reflections.

Nose

The cuvée of Syrah, Viognier and the once almost forgotten grape variety Serine recultivated by Stephane Bassenon also shows its dark side aromatically smoke, tar, iodine, dried meat and freshly tanned leather are the olfactory leitmotif, meanwhile a slight reduction hovers over everything, so headfirst into the carafe with it. With more and more air, dark fruits, blackberry, mulberry and dark chocolate and bitter almond follow. A wine with almost monolithic-complex and very closed smell picture.

Mouth

Also on the palate it shows itself firm and closed and does not send forward any cheers to convince of its qualities. With a tightly laced tannin corset, it encases the marrow of the extract-rich, black fruit and underpins it with bitter chocolate and dark tobacco. Structurally supported by the tannins, the acidity is tightly packed, its finish outlined by an iodine, almost saline finish with immense persistence. Advanced.
