The 2021 Pinot Rosé Brut is extremely elegant on the nose: small red berries, vineyard peach, almonds, hazelnuts, a little vanilla foam, chervil and ivy.
An extremely animating rosé sparkling wine, full of delicacy and finesse, which lacks any dropiness.
Palate:
The precise and fine attack shows itself salty, slender and with invigorating perlage. The fine berries combine with spice and grip, herbal and fruity aromas emerge again in the long finish, an extremely fresh and elegant rosé sparkling wine and perfect food companion.
