Color
Light golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose
The 2012 Aliot is a cuvée of Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc that is powerful, fragrant and floral. Banana, honeydew melon, papaya, white chocolate and vanilla shake hands. In the background, the previous use of wood with cedar notes and light tobacco hints, but is well integrated and not intrusive. Already in the nose is clear this drop needs air, air, air and is only at the beginning of its development.
Palate
On the palate, the 2012 Aliot wraps you around its finger with its creamy and charming style. It shows a great freshness with a pointed minerality and spicy aftertaste. An umami wine, definitely aerate and do not drink too cold from big glasses. Very good storage potential!
