Tasting note
Color:
Pale, bright straw yellow with green reflections and a light mousseux
Nose:
The nose smells aromatically seductive. The fruit and its floral nuances are enormously flattering. Citrus fruits, pear and apple dominate the aroma. There is also a hint of muscat. It has Far Eastern accents with coriander and lemongrass alongside some mint and fresh ginger. After a few moments, light-coloured and yellow flowers become more and more prominent and rose petals can also be detected. It smells slightly soapy. All in all, a very successful first impression.
Palate:
It continues this very successfully on the palate. The bright to yellow fruit flavours are repeatedly interrupted in an invigorating way. Citrus fruits and herbs provide freshness. Its floral note, together with the typical muscat tone, leave very elegant accents. The Far Eastern touch is also evident on the palate. The ginger stands out here. The mousseux provides melting and flatters the palate enormously. The acidity then interrupts these moments again and again and ensures a light drinking flow. A light sweetness envelops the palate for minutes on end. However, the carbonic acid works vehemently and skilfully against it.
