Info about the wine
Grown on red sandstone.
Info about the expansion
After 24 hours of maceration, natural sedimentation was carried out through pre-clarification, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is clearly vegetal on the nose, aromas of wild meadow herbs meet coriander, ginger, green pepper and earthy wild mushroom notes. After longer contact with oxygen, fruity components of green apple, lime and gooseberries join in.
Palate
On the palate, it is juicy, delicately salty and fresh. Here, too, it is the green aromas that dominate this wine and give it a puristic impression. A full-bodied white wine with a juicy richness that harmonises perfectly with herbal cuisine.
