Nose
The aroma of the 2015 Saint Aubin 1er Cru "Les Meurgers des Dents de Chien" is on the one hand charming and reminiscent of ripe apples, quince, orange zest and vineyard peach on the other hand we find clear solid mineral hints, the scent of shellfish and sea breeze. Notes of dry pastry, coffee with milk and a breath smoky approvals also suggest themselves youthfully and catch the fruity flavours very nicely.
Palate
Expansive, powerful with salty precision, the 2015 Saint Aubin 1er Cru "Les Meurgers des Dents de Chien" hits the tongue. In the mid-palate punchy and creamy at the same time, it demands a lot of air and is definitely looking for a full-bodied and spice-intensive cuisine as a counterpart. Long-distance runner with excellent development potential!
Recommendation
Be sure to decant and serve not too cold, a few days of opening will make it win.
