Nose
The 2022 Roter Veltliner from the Steinberg vineyard transports the taster straight to a blooming summer meadow with its aroma of apricots, apricot stone, red apples, orange and orange jam. Ethereal and intense herbal notes of lemon balm, privet and fresh grass perfectly emphasise its fruit. Rounded off with roasted notes of almonds and rye bread, it immediately makes you long for more.
the first sip and the accompaniment of food.
Palate
It is charming on the tongue, with plenty of yellow fruit combined with mustard and pepper notes and refreshing herbs. The finely chiselled acidity is perfectly integrated into its fruity melt. A perfect food companion with juicy elegance and savoury length.
