Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet met early on at the agricultural college in Perpignan. Nevertheless, they went their separate ways at first. It was their shared passion for horses and later wine that brought them back together. Stéphane found a job on a larger farm in Maury, while Marjorie gained her first practical experience in biodynamics in Calce near Gauby. In 2003 she went into business for herself. The site was actually called Roc Blanc, named after a white quartz vein protruding from the black slate. However, it was decided to change the name to Roc des Anges. In the meantime, the winery has become one of the top addresses in the region. The wines are distinguished above all by their elegance.
