Nose
The 2020 Pündericher Riesling Kabinett smells seductively of citrus, pear, peach, elderflower and blossom honey. Accompanied by a distinctive and finely chiselled mineral note and the scent of fresh herbs.
Palate
On the palate it beguiles with a fine sweetness and a stimulating acidity, which are in a beautiful interplay with each other. Floating and elegant it glides over the tongue. A real Kabi just, light, fresh and quaffable with only 7.5 Vol %. Bottle open, bottle empty, pure joy, thank you Clemens.
