Probierpaket Thomas Morey Lagenpaket 1 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2019 – Probierpaket

The four Chassagne-Montrachet of the 1er Cru site package 1 show something like the yin and the yang of Chassagne-Montrachet. Les Macherelles and Les Chenevottes are Premier Cru on the northern side of the village, just before Saint-Aubin with dark loam and ferruginous soils. Les Baudins and Les Embrazées, on the other hand, are south just before Santenay on the Bois de Chassagne with rather light soils and lots of marl. They are very clear, very precise interpretations of different and yet also related climates.
