Color
In brilliant garnet red with a purple core, the wine appears clear and shiny in the glass.
Nose
At first impression, the fine fragrance of the 2015 Pommard is delicate, but with a little air it becomes more expressive. Fruity notes of rosehip and dried cherries are aromatically underpinned by rooibos tea and red mustard. The earthiness of the wine is revealed by sugar beet and chestnuts.
Palate
On the palate, the Pommard from Clos du Moulin aux Moines literally dances on the balance beam. A luminous character, precision and delicacy come together in symbiosis with defined power and spirited spice. Enveloped by silky tannins, this wine is long-lasting.
