Info
Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay were left on the mash overnight - with stems and in whole bunches.
Then spontaneously fermented in used large oak barrels.
Colour
Bright lemon yellow with clear cloudiness, bright reflections
Nose
Naked white is purist, clear, unadorned, natural - naked. It seems wild and impetuous. The nose varies greatly in the aromas. At first, nutty accents come to light. Hazelnut and almond show light toasty aromas as well as depth. On the floral level, it shows us almond and apple blossom in full. Wonderfully fragrant and magically attractive. Some pome fruit supports it in this thought. This provides tart freshness. Freshly ground white pepper rounds it off.
Palate
On the palate, it prances along. It looks like a rain dance on a festival morning in late summer. Here, it brings its character traits from the nose back onto the parquet. It appears lean and taut. Its acidity structure is gripping and fortunately supported by a fine, but present tannin. It becomes more animated from sip to sip. It is reminiscent of chewing on red apple skin, which releases acidity and bitterness at the same time. Wonderfully floral in the aftertaste!
