Color
Deep dark violet-red, almost colour-dense to the rim.
Nose
The 2019 Les Demoiselles de Falfas smells intensely of sour cherries, black and red currants, elderberries and sloe. The fruity aromas are accompanied by aromas reminiscent of green peppers, freshly ground black pepper and undergrowth.
Palate
On the tongue, a modern Bordeaux opens up that seduces with charm and juiciness while not denying its origins. Due to its spiciness and still demanding, youthful tannin structure, it fits perfectly to down-to-earth cuisine with hearty approaches.
