Color
Elegant light mother-of-pearl with silvery lightening towards the rim.
Nose
The 2020 Le Rosé smells like the sea of blossoms of a Provençal garden. If you've ever been to the beautiful Chêne Bleu estate, you'll feel transported right back there. Small red berries, raspberries, cool fruit tea and wild mint follow. Fine spicy pepper notes, tomato and a little pepper intensify its Mediterranean impression.
Palate
On the palate, it shows animating red berry fruit and intense Provençal spice. An extremely delicate and expressive drop beyond the mainstream, which can be wonderfully paired with fine and aromatic cuisine from southern climes. Optimal even to dark meat!
