VP Double distillation after fermentation of Plum of Duck. Ages for 6 years in 220 L first fill ex white wine oak barrel. Amber colour. Wonderful nose of ripe plum, Christmas spices. Palate starts with silky and spicy notes with a tannic and vanilla finish.
