Formerly the Zénon Humbrecht and Emile Zind wineries, Olivier Humbrecht now runs this exceptional winery with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1658. Olivier is considered a passionate perfectionist and visionary who sets new standards and accents worldwide in terms of quality and natural biodynamic viticulture. The newly built winery in the middle of the vineyards, which is completely designed for the production of top wines, is a milestone. As president of the Biodyvin winegrowers' association, he pushes his members with verve to ever new shores. In his steep vineyards, however, the Jura gelding Nikita sets the pace. Evenly powerful, he helps to plow the up to 45 ° steep top sites - perfection and naturalness down to the last detail!
