Color:

The wine shows itself in bright straw yellow with golden reflexes and a small-bubbly, but lively perlage clear and shiny in the glass.

Nose:

Already its first fragrance makes inevitably clear that this Blanc de Noirs has found its center in the course of the 5 years on the fine yeast on the bottle. Unagitated and subtle, yet vinous spice invites you to discover the profundity of this 100% Pinot Noir. The aromas of freshly cut yellow apple, as well as quince and cider pear are gossamer caressed by acacia wood, blossom and honey. In addition, the interplay of roasted hazelnuts and almonds with white nougat, as in a Turkish honey, skilfully underpins the fruit.

Palate:

Unobtrusive yet lively perlage tickles the palate with velvety fingertips and allows fully ripe yellow fruit to blossom in aromatic splendor. The fruit of Olivier Horiot's 2013 Sève "En Barmont" Brut Nature, rather restrained on the nose and hidden behind Kimmeridge lime, now comes into its own. After a fruit-laden start, however, the winemaker's champagne without dosage from Ricey's reverberates bone-dry, generates high salivation thanks to a perfectly integrated acidity and makes you want more.
