Cuvée Louis Sekt Brut Nature 2016 – Andres&Mugler

The Palatinate wineries Andres and Mugler have been producing sparkling wine in a joint project for 25 years now. In the meantime, their hobby has turned into a passion, which led to the conversion of their joint vineyards to biodynamic cultivation for the production of sparkling wine. Since then, the two have enjoyed their work even more. Behind every step of the work, from the selection of the grape varieties, to the vinification, to the shaking down of the grapes by hand, are the two themselves. The entire vineyard work is geared towards the production of high-quality sparkling wines. The basic wines are matured gently without the use of fining agents. They are bottled only after 12 months. Disgorging is done shortly before delivery, so that you always get a freshly disgorged sparkling wine. We look forward to fine, individual sparkling wines from the Palatinate.
