All vineyards that are not VDP First and Grand Cru sites have been sold. In addition to the single-vineyard wines, there is now only one wine per variety, "Aus den Lagen" These wines, 100% from the estate's classified vineyards, were hand-picked, spontaneously fermented and carefully blended
Color
Bright, sparkling golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2022 Riesling Aus den Lagen has a juicy and fruity flavour of peach, lemon, apple, lemon verbena and the finest minerality with a cool, stony note. An extremely inviting start full of finesse and radiance.
Palate
On the palate, it is precisely this finesse, elegance and invigorating freshness that fascinates. A wine that you won't want to put down, pure drinking animation, extremely fresh, characterised by invigorating acidity and beautiful length.
