On the palate, Clos del Sarraí reveals itself as exceptionally juicy and precise. The cool-seeming mineral acidity, atypical for the region, lends the wine enormous drinking pleasure. The fruit is pure-toned and clear, embedded in a firm structure with noticeable grip and a distinctive herbal-spicy character.

Grape Variety & Vinification

This classic cuvée of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon matured for twelve months in French barriques. With a total production of only 3,976 bottles, Trossos del Priorat demonstrates artisanal precision here.
