Colour & Appearance

Pale, luminous greenish-yellow with brilliant clarity. In the glass, Tement’s verjus displays crystalline transparency that underscores its purity as an unfiltered natural product.

Nose

Refreshingly green and youthful. Intense notes of unripe grapes, green apple and lemon verbena dominate. These are complemented by hints of gooseberry, freshly mown grass and a fine herbal spice reminiscent of tarragon and lemon balm.

Palate

Lively and zesty with a pronounced yet by no means intrusive acidity that is perfectly balanced. The verjus displays remarkable freshness with aromas of green grapes, lime and a hint of white pepper. Despite the acidity, it never comes across as aggressive, but rather elegant and invigorating. The mineral component lends it additional complexity.

Finish

Clean, refreshing and remarkably long for an alcohol-free product. The acidity fades harmoniously, leaving a clean, invigorating impression with a touch of citrus fruits.
