bright medium straw yellow
Nose
The Sulzfelder Yellow Muscat is a beguilingly fragrant wine with notes of elderflower and bergamot, some hops, nutmeg and roses. In addition, there is the fruit of grapefruits, a few slices of quince and peaches. The aroma is so lively that it jumps out of the glass. It also has a decidedly elegant effect.
Palate
On the palate the Yellow muscatel all the intense aromatics with an impressive spiciness. Here, too, the wine is floral, fragrant, hoppy and gentle in texture, but quite punchy in acidity. The almost fully fermented wine combines fruit and florality with liquorice and Earl Grey.
