Colour & Appearance

Muted garnet red with lively violet reflections – the unfiltered bottling displays itself naturally cloudy and authentic in the glass.

Nose

This Mulatschak exudes pure drinking pleasure: sweet dark berries and sour cherries meet fruit bread and fruit tea. These are joined by a subtle vanilla note, fresh herbs, a hint of cranberry and a fine cinnamon spice. An aromatic profile that immediately whets the appetite.

Palate

Delightfully drinkable and invigorating! With just 11% alcohol, the wine presents itself refreshingly light-footed, yet by no means insubstantial. Pink peppercorn brings spicy accents, the tannins remain mild and silky, the acidity is stimulating. Dry in style, with a texture that invites the next sip – a natural wine that combines accessibility with character.

Finish

Medium length, with lingering cherry notes and a fine peppery spice that leaves the palate refreshed.
