Initially reserved and closed, typical of a young Mosel Riesling. With patience and air contact, a fascinating interplay of aromas unfolds: wet stone and cool minerality form the foundation, layered with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, ginger and lemon balm. An earthy spice already lends remarkable depth to the bouquet.

Palate
