Vibrant, luminous rosé with a fine, invigorating perlage – the wine cuts an impressive figure even in the glass.

Nose

Immediate and inviting: redcurrant, raspberry and rhubarb form the lively fruit framework, complemented by pomegranate and a hint of cornelian cherry. Beneath this shimmer earthy notes of beetroot and forest floor along with a touch of wild mint – an appealing tension between fruit and wildness.

Palate

Elegant and playful at once. The fine fizz carries the red berry freshness lightly across the palate. This is no wine content with mediocrity: spicy accents keep the fruit in balance and lend the drinking experience a pleasant depth. With just 10.5% alcohol, it remains buoyant and easy on the stomach.

Finish

Short to medium length, fresh and clean – with an invigorating, slightly mineral aftertaste that makes you reach for the next sip.

Pure Pinot Noir, farmed biodynamically by the Michlits family according to Demeter principles. Hand-harvested, gentle pressing, brief skin contact and spontaneous fermentation with vineyard-native yeasts – craftsmanship without compromise.
