Colour & Appearance
Delicate, luminous salmon pink with fine, persistent perlage – the typical, elegant character of a classically vinified Blanc de Noirs. The bubbles rise finely and evenly, promising finesse and precision even in the glass.
Nose
The nose is complex and inviting: red berry fruits – strawberry, raspberry, a hint of wild cherry – combine with delicate notes of brioche and freshly baked bread, which point to the extended ageing on the lees. Fine floral accents join these, along with a mineral, almost chalky depth that unmistakably reveals the Catalan origin.
Palate
On the palate, the Brut Nature character reveals itself in its purest form: bone-dry style, not a gram of dosage – and yet no harshness. The perlage is creamy and precise, the mouthfeel lively and balanced. Red fruits, citrus peel and a subtle creaminess from the extended lees ageing merge into an elegant, multi-layered whole. The acidity is fresh, yet perfectly integrated.
Finish
