Nose
The 2017 L' Heravi Cuvée Selecció exudes a charming fruitiness on the nose, reminiscent of pickled black cherries, dried figs and dates, and plum jam. This charming impression is reinforced by intense spices such as cinnamon, clove, sandalwood and star anise. The whole is underpinned by a cool slate and graphite note, which gives the cuvée a wonderfully fresh impression.
Palate
The refreshing and mineral palate contrasts nicely with the opulent nose. It almost surprises with its refreshing, youthful acidity and a top matured, fine-grained and elegant tannin structure.
