Terroir and craftsmanship

The I Vigneri Community, named after a Sicilian winegrowers' guild dating back to 1435, cultivates its vineyards according to strict biodynamic principles. The old Carricante and Minnella vines grow at an altitude of 700-900 metres in the traditional alberello-system (bush form), cultivated by hand and without mechanical intervention. This dedication to craftsmanship is reflected in every drop of this wine.
