Palate

Here the Habla No. 30 shows its best side: powerful and racy, yet remarkably elegant. The silky texture and the ripe, mouth-filling tannins lend the wine structure and depth. The dark fruit remains present, underpinned by spicy notes and perfectly integrated oak.

Grape Variety & Vinification

100% Syrah from organic cultivation, aged for 12 months in French barriques. The moderate alcohol content of 14% is remarkably restrained for this region and perfectly integrated – a sign of precise work during harvest and vinification.

An ideal companion to hearty meat dishes such as chorizo and chickpea stew, braised lamb, grilled steaks or spicy game ragouts. Also an excellent choice with aged Manchego.
