Wine information
The single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from vineyards at an altitude of around 450 metres in the Extremadura region. The name of this region on the border with Portugal translates into German as "extremely hard". This does not mean the soils, which are mostly sandy-loamy and rather soft, but the climate, consisting of extreme heat in summer and cold in winter. The white wine was matured in steel tanks and also spent a few months on the fine lees.

Nose
Habla de Ti has an attractive aroma of tropical fruits and herbaceous hints. Despite the young vintage, the aromas are already ripe and well developed. Overall, the nose is stimulatingly fresh and the balance is right. For example, the pineapple and mango do not push through, but are well integrated into the bouquet, which I personally like.
Palate
This is an easy-drinking white wine in the best sense of the word, but not simplistic. It is characterised by juicy fruit, a silky texture and lively acidity that provides a bright, grippy finish of medium length. Overall, it is a straightforward, well-structured and tiptop balanced wine.
