Wine information
The Habla winery is one of the top producers in the south-western Spanish region of Extremadura. The red wine Habla No. 27 is already unusual because it consists of 100 percent Cabernet Franc. According to the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, this grape variety grows on only 750 hectares in the huge wine country of Spain. The destemmed grapes were fermented in steel tanks. The subsequent ageing of the wine took place for 12 months in French barriques. Typical for the Extremedura, it is a powerful red wine that also has finesse and elegance.

Nose
The bouquet offers plenty of dark fruits, such as blackcurrants. The spicy wood notes are very nicely integrated. This red wine has a lively, fresh and stimulating nose of high intensity that makes you want to take the first sip.
Palate
On the palate, the wine is compact and dense. Despite all its power and concentration, there is nothing lush or heavy about the Gewächs. From the attack to the finish, it holds a fabulous tension and freshness. The Gewächs is also dark-fruited, spicy, mineral and long. The full body is caressed by velvety tannins. The complexity and excellent balance make Habla No. 27 a top wine that stands for powerful elegance.
