The 2023 Sand & Schiefer Gelbe Muskateller was matured for 6-12 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks after natural spontaneous fermentation.
Colour The wine presents itself in a bright, radiant golden yellow.
Nose
When you open the glass, the Gelber Muskateller reveals a seductive aroma. Fresh grapes, elderberry, orange blossom, apricots and apricots literally dance out. This fragrant firework display is underpinned by a wonderful minerality.
Palate
The wine is razor sharp on the palate. Refreshing citrus notes meet a fine tannin and a salty note. The drinking flow is immediately stimulated, with an invigorating lightness of just 11.5 vol%. A perfect accompaniment to creative cuisine with plenty of spices and fruity flavours.
