Medium, slightly cloudy straw yellow with lively perlage
Nose
On the nose, the cuvée of 50 % Riesling and 50 % Gelber Muskateller clearly shows the high proportion of the latter variety. It smells fresh and juicy of roses and muscat, aromatic hops and tart citrus notes, passion fruit, verbena and lemongrass. There are also blossoms and juicy pomaceous fruit.
Palate
On the palate the Purist A wonderfully fresh wine with pleasant pressure, a lively yet sensual perlage, citrusy, tart and savoury notes and a slightly chalky texture. Here too, the aromatic grape varieties provide plenty of fruit, but these are countered by stony and slightly grassy and herbaceous notes. The Purist ensures uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
