MPN vintage 2001. Double distillation. This Marc was aged for 10 years in a stainless steel tand before ageing 6 years in an oak barrel in which the famous Pinot Noir Clos de la Faille from Albert Mann had aged previously. Nice golden amber hue. The nose reveals aromas of Pinot Noir, rum and spices. The palate is frank followed by a fatty sweetness, iodine and tannins hints.
