Champagne information
The grapes come from eight different terroirs of Riceys sur Marnes. The blend consists of 80 % Pinot Noir and 20 % Pinot Blanc, from the 2015, 2016 vintages and 20 % reserve wines from wooden barrels.
Color/Look
Brilliant golden yellow with delicate copper reflections. Fine, broadly spread mousseux.
Nose
The Cuvée Métisse Noirs & Blanc L16 Brut Nature has a complex nose. Red apple, vineyard peach, plum, hazelnut and freshly baked white bread straight from the oven make the start. With a little oxygen contact, fragrant blossoms, dried oyster shell and honey join in.
Palate
What a precise and delicate impression on the tongue, the finest perlage combines with a salty impression and fine fruit. A truly invigorating champagne with charm and expression!
