Nose
What a charmer one already notices in the nose of the 2009 Crémant de Vouvray to which the maturity stands outstandingly. Ripe mango, orange flesh, banana and quince compote make the start. The fruity notes mingle with brioche spread with butter and honey, coconut and almond cream. Over this charming impression lies a mineral, cool freshness, which is in a nice context with the ripe notes.
Palate
On the palate, the 2009 Crémant de Vouvray has a lively freshness and an invigorating perlage that is wonderfully integrated into the creamy and beautifully ripe fruit. It shows no signs of aging but imparts the perfect drinking flow with a salty finish in the savory aftertaste. One immediately gets the desire to combine it with complex and extraordinary food creations.
