Thanks to the stubbornness of Benoît Marguet's ancestors, who never sold their vineyards, the fifth generation of the family enjoys excellent Pinot vineyards in Ambonnay and now also very good Chardonnay sites on the Côte des Blancs. In collaboration with the French cooper "Taransaud", two 40-hectolitre wooden barrels in the shape of an egg were created, which allow the must to circulate during fermentation and do not constrict it.
