Champagne information
The latest vintage of this sparkling creator comes from 2015 and follows the Réserve Perpétuelle method, perfected since 1982. The champagne bottles were bottled in May 2017 and disgorged in November 2021, with a dosage of 1 g/l. In total, you will be able to enjoy one of 1669 bottles.

It captivates with its bright, golden radiant colour and fine strings of pearls that enhance its brilliance.

Bouquet
Vazart-Coquart's 82/15 fascinates with its restrained elegance. The gentle aromas of pear, quince and a hint of apple mingle with the bright floral nuances for a harmonious start. Almond, white bread and discreet aniseed notes blend seamlessly into this olfactory picture.

Taste
With a fine and dancing mousseux, it glides over the tongue. This champagne continues its elegance also in taste, convinces with its fine carbonic acid and discreet fruitiness. A refreshing and invigorating companion for aperitifs and meals that is sure to charm you!

Gastronomic recommendations
Try it with a carpaccio of mushrooms and pear, rounded off with yarrow and dandelion. An alternative recommendation would be a nettle soup, refined with salmon and peanut oil.
