Tasting note
Colour
Medium yellow with light green reflections
Nose
The Pianveccio 2023 is fragrant with notes of Fenugreek, camomile and honeysuckle. There are also notes of hay and various fruits from the local orchard as well as a little lemon and zest.
Palate
On the nose and palate, this is a brightly aromatic, floral wine with a fresh acidity, a sensual texture and a hint of chalky tannin. With a little time in the glass, it develops well and the slightly pithy fruit becomes more opulent. At the same time, the linear acidity is retained.
